Bert W. Sewell, LTC USA (Ret.), Paralegal

Bert Sewell graduated from the University of Washington in 1970 with a bachelor's degree in history and English.  In 1986, he received his master's degree in international relations from Boston University. He graduated from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1994 and worked as a paralegal at Boeing for three months before joining Dean Standish Perkins and Associates.  

Mr. Sewell served in the United States Army for 23 years before retiring from service in 1992.
